Has anyone installed a Dometic 320 toilet in a 310 GK? It says you need 11” from the bolts & looks like I have about 10 7/8”. Probably can make fit but thought i’d ask first. Thanks

Not that model but you will be fine. There should also be a little play in the drain pipe/flange to gain a little if needed.

Yes, I have done exactly that in a 2018 trailer. The rearmost part of the toilet is very close to the wall - probably 1/8" or so, no problem.

Since these trailers aren't exactly built to micro-tolerances from one copy to the next, if you don't get any space behind yours then as @JCR GD has said you can almost certainly get it by moving the flange on the floor out a bit.

The toilet is a big improvement over the Thetford in a number of ways; you'll be glad for the change.

I made this update to our 2018 last year and it was probably the single best upgrade outside of adding a second battery. It is tight up against the wall but it works fine and you don't feel like you are using a little kids toilet.
