To be honest, I am about to recieve my 375RE on Friday, and though I did the PDI, I didn't open up the basement and take a look. I plan to do so however within the next few weeks....

Hi Dan (@Toes in the water),
Inspection of the wiring behind the felt panels is now part of our audit process. Significant improvement has been made relative to bundling and securing 110-volt and 12-volt wiring, as well as cleaning this area.

While some fixes don't affect those of us that already own, it is good to know that GD responds to Customer comments and suggestions - and takes action to address them where possible

Yes but they admit there was a problem and us that brought it up get nothing. You bring it in and tell them my wiring needs to be neatened up they say hour rate is 189.00.

Don--who among us would not like this addressed by GDRV. However, simply thinking this item through, the sheer magnitude to have all prior nearly 10,000 production models looked at, clean up the sawdust/other production remnants, and move/tie up/etc. wiring/plumbing would not seem even close to being practical nor would I imagine financially feasible for GDRV or any other RV manufacturer for that matter.
The feds would have been all over this If this industry wide production challenge was an issue. This sloppy (at best) production practice that you, I, and many others have shared feedback on is getting attention. How fortunate are we to bring up an item like this and actually have a company even respond by top management let alone say they are going to improve the process !
You, I, and others have had some component supplier and/or production challenges with our RVs…….and as my brother likes to say %*#@ happens. However, the responsive, courteous, and all around effective service from GDRV Customer Care has been outstanding ! What do you want GDRV to do for you ? You may want to contact Janice/Marc or go directly to the top with the owners (Don Clark, Ron Fenech, and/or Bill Fenech) and share your concerns and work towards a solution that meets your wants/needs.
