Someone here mentioned that they do that. Ours fits in a dairy crate, and we store it under the bed. Even if it held during travel, if you hit a big bump, something else might fly into it. We don’t mind packing it away, as we made the mistake of leaving a prior one in the camper over winter. There didn’t SEEM to be any damage, but the thing kept blowing the GFI when we added water and tried to use it. We concluded that there was some moisture left in it that froze and broke something unseen.

We use museum putty. Three blobs. Been in the same place for two years now. Click image for larger version.

We put our manual coffee pot in the sink with a dish towel around it.

But I would imagine velcro under it should hold fine. However get the good stuff (3M). I have had issues with Harbor Fright (Chinese) and some Walmart stuff. Stops grabbing after a short time.
    Hope this helps.

PS - one thing to double check is does the base of your Keurig have any vent holes? If so make sure you don't cover them.

We do the same thing, except it's either an electric percolator or if dry camping it is a stove top percolator. One lives in the cabinet when not in use.

Our coffee pot has to be slid out to be filled, lid hits bottom of cabinet, so attaching to cabinet wouldn’t work for us. Coffee pot and toaster oven go between theater seat and table when we hit the road.

I put a small eye hook in the corner of the hutch, and wrapped a black bungee cord around the Keurig, ( black so it’s hard to see). The keurig stays put and the hole from the eye hook would be very small and easy to putty if I removed it The bungee doesn’t interfere with a coffee mug so you never need to remove it

I did this for my Ninja coffee bar and my separate electric burr grinder, and it worked GREAT. Because the Ninja had a glass carafe, I put a dish cloth under the carafe, and gave the coffee bar with carafe a couple wraps around with Saran wrap on travel days. Never an issue. Eventually I donated the Ninja after trying a french press for a week. Ninja made good coffee, but the french press took it to the next level for me.
