    Been Busy Modding

I picked up my new Momentum 355TH on November the 25th. Since then I have been busy upgrading and modifying things. Here is a few pictures of some of the mods.

First up is a fan bar in the fridge. It is made from a plastic rail cap from Lowe's and three small computer fans. Total invested to make this is $40 dollars, but I have enough rail cap to make another one.

Next is a picture of the remote display for the PI surge and voltage protector. Space is tight in the control panel closet so I ground off the ears and used 3M double sided automotive emblem tape to secure it in place.

Next was a simple double towel bar installed above the toilet.

A Command shampoo caddy in the shower.

I never liked the little fan in the vent in the bathroom so I bought one of the Heng's Vortex upgrade kits and installed it.

This I think is the best upgrade. I installed a dual USB power outlet that is connected to the 12 volt power that is in the little shelf beside the bed. I took power off the switch for the mood lights in the headboard.

A sound bar for the Bedroom TV.

A magnetic knife rack from Bed Bath and Beyond.

A key rack directly across from the door.

A Lend-A-Hand folding handle for the back door just like the one on the front door. I hated the little tiny handle.

A Sewer hose storage that is easier to access. It is made from a 5 inch plastic post cover from Lowe's. It stores 25 feet of the Dominator heavy duty sewer hose along with the fittings and is accessible from both sides.

A chest of drawers in the garage for the kids clothes.

I also added two T&H Marine battery trays with two AGM batteries next to the generator, isolated the generator battery and added a Trik-L-Start battery charger to keep the generator battery charged but I don't have pictures.

Just curious of what these fans are for? Is it just to move the cold air more efficiently?

Did this cover the old holes or did it use the old holes? I would like to do this to my back door as well, but I don't want to see any holes in the side of my unit.

Besides those questions it looks awesome. I have some mods in the works right now as well. Will post as soon as I am done.

Yes, the fans keep the air moving in the large fridge and helps keep the temp the same from top to bottom.

The door handle used one of the top screw holes but left the bottom holes exposed. I caulked them and put the screws back in. Not sure yet how I will cover them. Maybe a bottle opener screwed down there.

Got it. Tried to reply but I am on my phone and it will not go through. I will reply when I get back to my office later this afternoon, unless the message went through.
