Termination Valve

The termination valve on my, 2950RL imagine by Grand design 2017, is not opening. I already tried a spray lubricant. Is there a way to get the valve apart?

Termination valve? You mean for black or gray tanks? You could always drop the coroplast and pull on the valve stem with some pliers to open it. What's the issue, valve handle stuck or movement, but no flow?

It’s the black tank, and the valve handle is stuck.
