Haunted TCL television

I would file a claim with TCL at that point. There's something no right with the set. Alternative to make it easier, you could get a small power bar or cord with an on/off switch.

My home LG televisions do this, turn on when power is restored.
I keep them on UPS so tend to forget they do that and only notice it when the UPS is on the fritz.

Well, went to go to work and found the tv on in the trailer again. Anybody figured this annoying problem out yet?

Go to the setup menus on the Roku. You will find a setting that disables auto power on. Worked on my 17mke. Must have been designed as a demo mode screen for dealers. Probably a screen to bug you to sign up for Roku.
