New Manual on Disc

On 5/18 I posted about receiving a new manual for my 369RL on disc. After our initial communication requesting the print date of my manual I have not heard back from GD Customer Service, this is very unusual. Therefore I am checking on two things:

1) Did you received my follow-up communication
2) Has the manual been sent?

In the event the manual has not been sent here is the requested information again.


The print date of my manual is Rev0313.

I believe there was a mis-communication, probably on my part. I still have the print version of my manual. I was trying to obtain a new copy of the cd version. It was in my work cpu when my machine was re-capitalized. Unfortunately, I was unable to retrieve said disc from the IT department.

I have sent an email to customer service per your suggestion and am awaiting their response.
