    Post MORryde CRE3000 on 2020 2400BHS

A few months ago I installed the MORryde CRE3000 kit, along with the wet bolts, on my 2020 2400BHS. With help from my son, took about a couple of hours, but with no real issues in removing the old bolts and bushings. I was a bit surprised at how much wear a couple of the plastic bushings was showing, with the trailer at less than a year old and fewer than 500kms on it.

I did install with the zerks facing outwards, as that gave me easiest access to service them. For those inquiring, I bought the MORryde U012-016 Heavy Duty Shackle Kit and CR3/3000 35" suspension system.

Regardless, the suspension feels great now, no more chucking!

I did the same install on the larger Solitude 310GK. Pretty sure there's more chucking and the bouncing inside is way worse. I've seen a number of posts now from people with smaller trailers than mine getting better rides. I'm frustrated that I'm not feeling "no joy."

I installed Lippert Road Armor and wet bolts on my 2020 Imagine 2600RB. I had the Morryde CRE300 on a different trailer and had an issue with the rubber shock block separating from the steel.

Anyway you might want to go to Amazon and look at these zerk caps: LockNLube Grease Fitting Caps (50 Count) (Yellow). I used them on the fitting to keep them clean and dry. Been using them for years and never had a fitting clog or go bad. Cheap insurance.

The yellow Lock n Lube caps are great, trouble is they are $10.99US on Amazon.com and over $40CDN on Amazon.ca. With the border closed, tough to get them at a post box in Blaine. You might try to order from .com and have them shipped to Canada, as under $20, they come in duty free.

Lordco has an equivalent in smaller packages, a 10 pack I think.

Where did you source your MORryde kits?

I purchased two packages of these:
    https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

So far they're working great, and I now have extras in case I lose a few.

Yeah, I'm hoping the border opens up before Christmas, as I've got a few things on my wishlist for Black Friday!

Thanks for the link on the dustcaps. If you don’t mind where did you get your MORryde kits, both the heavy duty shackle kits and the suspension system, CR3 3000

Thanx for sharing. I plan on going with Lippert as well, just not sure which one yet. I'll worry about that over the winter when I can accumulate a bit more cash since we just finished a 2-week trip to Colorado.
