    White Handle Pull Under Chassis

The down side of buying a used camper is that you often miss the training you hope to get from the salesperson or dealer when taking delivery.

In this case, there is a white handled pull that connects to a white pipe under the rear of the chassis. I don't know what that's for, but would like to find out. I thought maybe it's for a fresh water tank drain?

Gary, Everybody needs to learn that one on their own! That way all the people watching get free entertainment.

My problem is I’m not flexible enough to stay posed to move quickly, and when I’m flat on my belly there is no way I’m getting out of the way quickly.

That's why God made kids. Either your own, or the neighbor's. It's amazing what a couple of $$ will buy. 🤣🤣

Yep, the first time I pulled ours the neighbors cat was standing next to me. It has been going on two years and haven't seen him since

Sorry to reply to this old thread but it leads to my question. Has anyone extended the white handle on the fresh water tank? I've been searching the forum but haven't seen anything. It seems like an easy solution to crawling under the trailer and getting wet.

Yes, some have changed the extension rod pull to a cable style to relocate a bit. Doesn't work for many depending on relative slide location. I haven't gotten to it yet, but our last camper had the valve located dead center of the axles with a 12" handle. I used a low voltage solenoid valve (irrigation system) and put the switch convenient to the wet bay.
