You have a unique situation considering the border is closed because of COVID19 and your selling dealer unresponsive. If you visit some other GD owner social media centers online, you'll find there are some alternative ways to get in touch. Shame to be reading some folks having challenges with contacting GD lately as I have had the complete opposite experiences each time before and as recent as yesterday.
