    Hi everyone. New member here.
    We bought a beautiful Momentum Toy Hauler not quite a year ago.
    I was wondering if anyone had the email address Grand Design because we have a couple of questions and the dealer we bought the RV from isn't helping much.
    I figured it would be easier to just to straight to the top.
    We've tried calling, with no success.
    Thank you for any help you can provide.

    There's no direct email address that I can find. Until you've opened a conversation with a service advisor. Then you may get the service advisor's email for communication.

    We need some repairs done on our RV and we can't seem to get anywhere with the place we bought it so I wanted to get ahold of the company who built it, in hopes they could direct us where to go next.

    Giving GD a call will help, maybe not specifically with your dealer, but they have been known to authorize mobile techs to perform warranty work. You would have to pay the service call fee though which is usually minimal. Other options would be to contact other RV dealers, just know GD wont approve Camping World to do warranty work.

    We live in Canada though, so I don't think that would work. lol.
    The one time we did get through in October, we said we would bring the RV out to them and stay in a hotel. (I believe it was about an 8 our drive for us) but they wouldn't get back to us.

    When I say mobile tech, it isnt a GD tech. Im sure there are mobile techs based out of Canada or at least other GD dealers or RV repair places that can help.

    Sometimes you have to ask to get past the first level of customer service when you call in. You have a unique situation considering the border is closed because of COVID19 and your selling dealer unresponsive. If you visit some other GD owner social media centers online, you'll find there are some alternative ways to get in touch. Shame to be reading some folks having challenges with contacting GD lately as I have had the complete opposite experiences each time before and as recent as yesterday.
