2018 297rsts Entrance Door bolt/key hole misaligned so difficult to close/lock door

I have a 297rsts. Purchased June 2019. Second summer and it is very difficult to get the entrance door shut. It seems like the installation was improperly done, so no way to have door close without having to slam it 3-4 times to get it to catch. The installation was improperly done, therefore closing the door is very difficult. It is also difficult to lock from outside. Addressed this with the dealer that is closest to us, 1 1/2 hours away but never would address it under warranty. It is annoying, and you think the door is closed, and next thing you know it is cracked open. We have two dogs who we don't want being able to get out on their own. Any suggestions on how to get this addressed by a local repair person. It is almost as if they needed a wider trim in order to move the receiver for the lock in order to move to the proper position. Dealer just wouldn't "own" the problem. We have had to have local person do warranty work because dealer just very unwilling or unskilled at fixing anything. Advice from anyone who has had the same problem?

Look at the fixed part of the frame where the door latch meets it. There is a metal bracket that is adjustable. Two screws and it moves in and out. Adjusted my door, much better.
