I was going to tie it into the outlet next to the stove, but instead we ran a separate 20 amp breaker, and installed an outlet for it under the counter, behind the top drawer. We found out Lowe’s had the same kind of black cable used for other outlets in slides, and so we bought that and ran that from the breaker over to the slide where we installed the new outlet.

Could you please share a link to the induction cooktop that you used? Also how did you get the extra circuit out into the slideout? Did you open up the existing bundle of cables and go in with them, or through another area? This looks like something I would like to tackle.

Yes - the routing of the cable is what I'm interested in.
Here's the cooktop we ordered:

I have removed and sold both the OEM cooktop and the Furrion oven. The combo cooktop is ordered and will be waiting for us at the kids' house when we get to Maryland. In the meantime, I made a cover for the hole and Laura seems very happy with her single "burner" portable induction unit.

Sorry for the delay. Haven't been checking in for a while.
So the induction cooktop we used was a TrueInduction single burner drop in.

For the breaker, you can find the breaker that matched the ones in your box at Lowes or Home Depot. That's what we did. We used the black 12-2 rubber coated wire that have on spool racks at Lowes, and ran that from the breaker box over to the slide with the other wires going to it--Dad just reminded me that we also used a cable protector where it came through the side of the frame. We also zip tied that wire to the other wire / gas line along the underside of the slide out.
For the outlet supplying power we framed out a new outlet box under the counter (shallow work box). But you could frame out a full sized one.2018 Grand Design Reflection 337RLS
