    Screen door issues

We have a 2020 Solitude 344GK. Since day one the screen door has been sticking badly when the entry steps are up. We were just informed by the dealer that this is not a warranted item. We’re waiting to call Lippert tomorrow. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Sticking where?
The solid entry steps have some adjustments. If the bracket in the center, that holds the handle is not centered correctly there will be binding somewhere. KEN

It binds in the upper left corner (looking from outside). It’s really bad when the entry steps are up. How do you like your Ram?

Mine did the same thing. I used a grinder to shave off the part that was binding.

Good luck with the grinding. I would look at what is making it lift up and bind.

My 2002 F350 SWD was nice, but the 2016 Ram is beyond great. It pulls and slows down the monster behind us with no problem. The Oregon mountains are no big deal. KEN

Another serious step issue! We have a 2020 Solitude S with Mor Ryde steps. On our trip from the Denver area to Dubois, WY, we had the door come open and flip the grab bar to the extended position three times, even after checking both locks. We are checking the screen door at the campground and when the step is up, it is causing the screen door to not close, it is being bound up by the cross bar on the step. As this is a recent development, we think we may have caused it by not having the leveling legs extended properly at our last stop. Even adjusting the cross bar sideways does not solve. Any insights please!
