Water in underbelly from unknown source
Hi, we bought a 2019 Imagine 21 BHE last year. This year it seems like we have a water leak. After camping (Campground water or fresh water fill, has happened with both), when hitching the trailer back to the truck, we notice a steady stream of water come out of pre drilled holes in the rear section in the centre of the underbelly. Obviously the back end of the trailer is lowered when hooking up and that’s when it starts to drip. The water is cold and has no smell, so I doubt it is the black or grey water tank. Originally I thought it might have been rain, but it didn’t rain this weekend so that’s not it. It has been hot here and we have been using the AC a lot, but the AC unit appears to be draining across the roof and along the eavesthrough, so I don’t think that is the problem. Above these holes are the bathroom and the hot water tank. Have pulled all access panels from inside the trailer and can’t see any leaks. I assume I will have to drop the underbelly - any thoughts on what it is?

Do not mean to hijack another's thread but I just got back from our 3rd outting since purchase in Feb. We have a leak same area, rear underbelly. We noticed the water pump come on every hour or 2 like the pressure site was loosing pressure slowly. Was looking for any water in or out the whole trip. Was not until we hooked up, lowering the nose, that the dripp happened. Since you seem to have fixed yours DIY you have any pics of how things are arranged in the underbelly? Where the water pump is?
Thank You

Ahhh, different animals. Have a 2020 21BHE. My problem right now is what to do. Just got back and have 3 more trips planned soon. Earliest the dealer can get it in to look at it is 3 weeks from now which is in the middle of the 3 trips.

Yes it is under warranty. Ill look through my documentation for a number to call but do you have a service/warranty/support number handy? I also agree 3 weeks for a water leak is too long, just glad it appears to be in the undercarriage.

The water pump is behind the bottom drawer on the right side of the stove. Access is pretty easy once you take the drawer out. There's a little plastic tab in the drawer guide on each side - you have to push one up and one down to release the drawer so you can remove it.
