Continued problem with my Norcold Refrigerator

I thought I would keep everybody updated on my Norcold refrigerater, model 1210. Ben's Mobile RV repaired my refrigerator on the 17th of January by putting a new thermister on and it was cooling as it should with the temperature at 20 degrees in the freezer and 40 in the refrigerater. On January the 26th I was going to defrost the freezer and discovered that the temperature in the freezer and risen to above 40 and 50 in the refrigerator. I called Ben's RV to see what will be the next move and he said that he will call GD to see what the next move is, so I bought more ice and hope that I again I don't loose food.
