    Outside cooktop, easy locking fix

I have been frustrated with the outside cook-top on my Imagine, because it doesn't lock in place when extended for use. The problem I see would be accidentally bumping it and having it slide back in with something cooking on the surface. At first, I thought about installing a barrel bolt on the back side to prevent it from sliding back in, and just as I was about to drill holes for the barrel lock, I came up with this.

I cut a wooden dowel to length to fit behind the slide and prevent it from sliding back into storage position. The wooden dowel provides a more secure solution and I did not have to drill any holes into the cook top.

I just rerouted the propane line to be always connected. Now the drawer issue is worse.

    Thanks for the idea!
