Hi GD Family,
Paula retired in 2019 and I bailed in 2016. We're both from SE Michigan but are living north of Dallas for now. We grew up in the same hometown, same high school. After college I moved to Krazy Kalifornia for 37 years. Paula lived in Michigan for 45ish years and escaped the ice and snow to Settle in Texas
We met up again about 4 years ago. Eloped in June. Now we've decided to sell here and are out of her house in a month. Selling most everything. Sticking the rest in a small storage unit.

We just bought our Katy a few months ago. First adventure was a trip from Texas to Michigan. Learned a LOT. Had to return early from the great, COOL north to head back home to take care of the house details and get ready for an estate sale. So much to do...

Our next trip starts in about 5 weeks, heading north again to see friends that we missed and catch some autumn color.

The old cliche among full-timers regarding storage: First visit back to the storage unit after hitting the road full-time... folks raise the door to the storage unit and exclaim, "Whose cr@p is this and how did it get in our storage unit!" I'll confess, we're guilty, too.
