Have any of you heard about a class action law suit from Sterns Law to Ford motor company for excess emissions on the 6.7 deisel?

I'm beginning to believe this case is more about lawyers looking for work than it is about a problem with diesel emissions.

Never did like class action lawsuits. The only one's that get anything are the lawyers.

    ^^^^^^^

What Gary said......Class action law suits are primarily for the benefit of the law firm....where they will end up with at least half of any award. Just ask any of the New Prime drivers that "won" their class action law suit how much they got of the total $ 28MM award as compared to the law firm.

    Agree,

We all will get a check for seven bucks and Ford will issue a mea culpa. In the bigger scheme, I guess I see these class actions as a necessary evil to short term disincentivize the car makers from trying to skate by on issues. The real impact with quality or safety issues are not felt until we all decide to buy another vehicle which for me may be more than 7-8 years down the road.

I write this as my 350 sits at the dealer to fix the 3 outstanding recalls including the tailgate debacle.
