    Skylight in Reflection

During a few hours of the day the sun is at the right angle to make is uncomfortable to sit in the 2 reclining chairs.

Suggestions? Wife was thing of a blind that could be extended/retracted but the blind mechanism would need to have a tract to prevent if from falling.

I'd like this too. I did a little searching and found there is a company that actually makes custom fit skylight blinds.

we are new owners of a GDR 29RS. The skylight? Too bright during the day - right over the island/sink. I knew right away I didn't like it. Hubby went to Home Depot and got solar screen. He took the bottom part of the skylight off and was able to form the solar screen over the skylight. Really helped. We might even decide to add another layer to make it darker.

Could you post pictures of your finished product? We noticed last weekend that it got very warm in the TT and attribute some of the excess heat to the skylight.

    Thanks,
