Newbys of a 5th wheel 303 RLS

We ordered a Reflection 5th wheel 303 rls. Any tips, info, advise would be much appreciated.

Your question has a very broad scope, and unfortunately much of your education will come with trial and error. Hopefully, you have a reasonable amount of common sense and patience, and a sense of humor never hurts. Since this post is listed in "tow vehicles", I will offer up some advice. You and your wife (making an assumption) will develop a routine for hooking an unhooking your rig when you get to your destination, which includes set-up and break down. Make sure these routines are based on doing everything safely, assuring you are safe for travel...and most importantly, don't allow things to sway you from this routine or distract you...things get forgotten this way. Examples of things forgotten: hitch not locked, trailer falls on bed of truck...shoreline still hooked when you drive away...switches left on inside...antenna left up etc...and make sure your final two steps are always doing a complete 360 degree walk around the rig (including looking at the roof), and double checking the hitch is locked and secured. Welcome to the family, and before long, you will be on the giving end of this post.

Excellent advise from Chuck and Kara.....without a doubt, the final 360 degree walk around(including roof and hitch), is a routine that is essential to a safe ride.
