    Thoughts on broken screw heads

Folks. Brand new 2020 MB owner here. Was walking around the rig with my Philips head screwdriver ensuring screws were tight. When I got to the slide, the first one wasn’t....well it sort of was...but the screw head was broken. I put a little pressure on a couple more then got to two more screw heads broken. Frustrated,
    I stopped looking.

Looking for thoughts on how to fix because I will not take it to a dealer for anything I can fix myself. Was thinking of just filling these with some silicone and running a shorter self tapping screw adjacent to the broken screw.

Seems like a simple question but wondering if I am missing anything to worry about.

I wonder if number 10 trailer screws are stronger. https://www.fastenal.com/products/details/11135743

It's due to the improper use of impact drivers at the factory. I lost count of how many broken screw heads I have. I've fixed most, some I haven't gotten to yet. The ones you show are probably easiest fixed the way you describe, otherwise you'll have to bust out the screw extractor and give it a shot.
