Unable to Reach GD Customer Service
Is anyone else having trouble contacting GD customer service?
About 2 weeks ago, we had dealer submitted warranty claims denied by GD stating our unit was out of warranty. However, our warranty was extended thru Sep 2020 due to the laundry list of issues we have experienced and the 6 months in total it has been in the shop. It took the dealer 6 weeks to get the "claims denied" response for the latest issues. Since then, I've been trying to contact GD by phone and email for over a week and no return calls or emails. Nothing. I call and email daily. I have contact info for two different folks, including the regional service manager. Nada. Zilch. Zippo.2022 Solitude 378MBS-R

I have talked to GD customer service a couple of times in the last week. They are real busy because of all the new trailer sales. Call them at 8am eastern time when they open. I called at 8am their time the other day and quickly talked to someone but the bad part was that it was 5am my time.

I called GD about a week ago (after receiving recall notice). It was sometime in the middle of the day. Had no problem talking to someone.

I've had at least three phone conversations and five emails with Customer Service in the past week. When I call, I opt for leaving my number for a call-back and not loosing my place in the queue. Sometimes it's an hour or two, but they've always called back. Email responses have been with 24 hours.

Thanks, all. I finally reached a regional manager this morning by calling at 8:00 am on the dot (thanks Always Learning!). I tried the call back option 3-4 times and never got a call back.
Good news is that regional manager pre-authorized all of the warranty work. Bad news, gotta get it scheduled and to the dealer.2022 Solitude 378MBS-R
