    Loose water tank?

Hi. We bought a 2021 31MB about 2 months ago. I had noticed before that the drain attached to the valve (not the overflow tube) on the fresh water tank was at an angle when the tank was full, maybe 5 degrees off of pointing straight down. Today, with the fresh water tank empty, I grabbed the large drain pipe (again, not the overflow tube) and was able to move the tank up and down and forward and backward maybe an inch. Is this normal? I thought the tank was strapped in place. Thanks.

I think he fresh water tank just sits on 2 angle iron rails with 3 straps laying between the rails.
