Many of you know that our 337 was suffering from quite a few defects which our dealer's service department wasn't capable of fixing. After discussing the situation with GD management, the best solution was to send the rig back to Indiana so it could be brought up to the standards we all expect. Several of the issues were caused by damage that the dealership inflicted during initial delivery. Other issues were with the cabinets which had some manufacturing defects. So we created a punch list of items that needed fixing, and sent it back to Indiana.

We received a message that the rig was back in Tucson and we just picked it up. Ginnie and I did a walk through with the punch list and every item was corrected. The workmanship far surpassed our expectations. The interior panel that was ink and bleach stained by a dealer employee looks brand new. All the cabinet defects have been resolved. Every item on our punch list was addressed. GD even found a few things that we'd missed that they took care of. I can't imagine the hassle we would have had if we were dealing with another company. GD builds a great product, but every once in a while, things can go wrong. It's nice to know they have our back.

Here's a picture we just snapped while picking up the rig at the dealership. It's time to load this baby up and hit the road.
