Upgrades to look for when buying used

Hello again!

I did try searching a bit but the specificity of what I wanted to know wasn't really addressed.

I'd like to get a list of upgrades or preventive "fixes" that are worth looking for in a used fifth wheel toy hauler.

Basically, my usual vehicle buying habits consist of shelling out $$$ immediately after I buy a vehicle because it needs x and y upgraded or replaced. Also takes up a lot of time and effort when instead I'd like to be enjoying myself. I'd like to get a used GD that already has some number of common upgrades or "fixes" made. It almost seems better than buying new!

So far (correct me if I'm wrong):

1) MORryde suspension linkage plus wet bolts
2) Axle upgrade
3) Kant Leak panel replaced or at least serviced
4) Second A/C unit (for bigger fifth wheels)
5) Rear ramp patio fence and some sort of sliding or roll-up door
6) Disc brakes
7) Aftermarket rubber roof membrane (seems to be a popular thing...)
8) Some sort of solar install
9) Refrigerator?
10) Generator?

What else? And are any of the items I listed considered "must haves"? I feel like the MORryde thing is because it sounds like the bushings on the stock linkage are pretty bad!

I never had to experience the first year blues like I did on my present 5W because I bought my first TT used and it seemed the bugs were worked out or I was oblivious then. My second was new but I never a had warranty issue with it. If and when I decide to move on or up I would certainly consider your train of thought before buying new again.

Batteries and / or upgraded electrical system, dimmers on lights
plumbing improvements like faucets, toilet, shower etc.
a good observation camera
