Grey water tanks
We just purchased our trailer and are out camping. We noticed water backing up in the shower and emptied the grey water tank but can’t find the grey water 2 valve. We purchased the Imagine xLS 21 BHE and were told we have two, one for the kitchen sink and one for the shower. Our inside panel shows two tanks although only grey water 1 showed full before we emptied it. Grey water 2 shows empty. We have already dumped 70 gallons of water with more to empty. Can someone help us?

I have two grey tanks and like yours one is for the bath sink/shower and the other is for the kitchen sink. My (grey 1) bath/shower valve is located in the Nautilus control area (cargo bay, drivers side) near the black tank valve. The kitchen sink valve (grey 2) is locate outside towards the rear of the trailer, drivers side, underneath the belly.

I have a 23BHE with two gray tanks. One valve is next to the black tank toward the rear. The other is toward the front, right under the kitchen sink.

If you do find that you have a 3rd valve pull, located away from the others, you might want to apply a label on the outside of the trailer indicating there’s an extra valve pull. On ours, there were 3 OEM labels applied already: grey; grey; black. However, the kitchen grey is located forward of the slide, and is unnoticed, especially when the slide is open. If you ever want to use a campground’s pump out service, the extra label will alert the service provider to the fact that you have a 3rd valve, located away from the other valves.
