I created a storage location behind the theater seats for the table so we didn't have to dig it out from under the bed. We also have 2 folding TV trays that store between the seats and the side cabinet...I have felt pads on the cabinetry and walls to prevent any rubbing/rattling in transit. I holt the TV trays in place with a fixed bungee setup I made.

You should have the same amount of space behind your theater seating as in my unit (2250RK). The only difference is you would need to put the table in and out from over the top instead of from the side. You may find that you will need to move the seats away from the wall a few inches to account for this....the space behind the seats is currently wasted space so why not try to take advantage of that space.
EDIT: My pictures may be misleading as they were taken with the theater seats moved out of the way when I was building the base frame....here is one with the seats reinstalled.
