    New Owner Questions

    We have a 2019 Reflection 320MKS, just a couple of questions:

    The Winegard AIR 360 Antenna instructions say to ensure the antenna power supply (wall plate) is in the ON position and the green indicator light is illuminated. Well, in our unit the antenna power supply is ON (pushed in) but the indicator light is RED. Any suggestions as to what this means and how to get the power supply with the green light?

    Looking at solar panels--any advice of permanently attaching them or buying portable device? If permanently attached, where is the best place to have the panels installed?

    Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

    Hello and Welcome to the forum! If you scroll down the forum list you'll find a section dedicated to Solar, you might find everything you want to know reading in there.

    We have an older Reflection and the light for our antenna booster is red, but we don't have the 360. Possibly GD installed a diffeent booster than the one described. If the antenna is getting a signal when on you're likely be able to watch tv

    It just means that GD used a different booster in their unit.

    Some have a green LED, others have red.

    As long as it is lit up, you are good.

    I've never heard of Green but if it's lit up, even if it's Purple, it's ON

    Ours has a green light, so it is a real thing...purple would be nice though.
