I've Wanted One of These for a While......
So after I retired at the end of April, I no longer needed my "work" car, but I also didn't want to be limited to not having a car anymore and just the Dually to drive. I got serious about looking a week or so ago and found this car locally, and it was just what I was looking for....color, 6 speed manual, Sport Package, and very clean with less than average miles on it. Clean Carfax too, and the price was awesome for the model year. So, this is what followed me home yesterday.....
It's got wide hips........kind of like my truck, except only one tire on each side.
I'm thinking it's not going to fit in the Toy Hauler though!2016 F350 CrewCab Dually

Man we could be brothers. Same belly, same hairdo, same chin whiskers, I even have a red shirt and shorts like those. Wish I had a car like that.

"Same belly"..........LOL, yea, I'm workin' on that a little bit. My wife and I both joined a health club a few weeks ago. One of the perks of my Medicare Advantage plan is that it's free membership and no monthly dues at participating clubs. We have one that is less than three miles from the house, so I'm slowly getting back into exercising, lite lifting just to build some muscle mass, and generally trying to get into better shape. Getting out of the "Z" car is harder than I thought it would be, so definitely worthwhile to continue with the workouts.

Nice car.
One of my first jobs was detailing cars. The company got the contract to detail the new Dotson cars in 1971. We would go over to the dealership in a pickup with 3 or 4 of us in the back of the truck across town. We would drive the cars back to the shop and make them show-room ready and then drive them back.
For some reason my buddy and I would always hit the last light red before a long stretch of road. We broke those brand new Dotson 240Z's in right. First, Second and third gear scratch and close to 100 mph before the slow down area.
It sure was fun being a kid back in the day. KENBackpacker and tent camper all my life, including BSA as a kid and adult.
