2017 reflection 27rl cargo weight
The gross weight rating for my unit is 10,995 lb
The dry weight rating is 8,150 lb
when I subtract the dry weight from the gross weight I have a result of 2,845 lb
I thought that meant I could load 2,845 cargo in the trailer
there is a sticker next to the vin on the door saying not to load over 1,305 llbs cargo
can someone explain this to me
thanks

That dry weight doesnt account for batteries or propane tanks or any other options that might have been added over a base model. For example, if the RV was ordered with a 2nd AC or dual pane windows, that wouldn't be accounted for in the dry weight. You would get the best explanation if you saw the weight sheet from GD that they supply with each unit.
To be safe, weigh your truck and trailer (empty). Then disconnect to weigh the truck so you can figure out the trailer actual weight. Then subtract that from the trailer GVWR and you will know what you can really load.
