    Who’s upgraded the Jensen stereo/speakers

    2021 Reflection 31mb.
I think my iPhone has better sound quality. What’s some diy upgrade options?

We went with a Polk sound bar. The original speakers are still in place, but we do not use them as the sound bar is so much better.

This. There are some slim 2.1 sound bars out there that can fit under the TV on that ledge (on various models, make sure you take measurements.)

We have not spent much time listening to the stock speakers, but I'm sure they are mediocre at best.
A sound bar sounds like a good solution for those who plug in or have a large solar/storage/inverter system, which is not us.
I have replaced stock speaker in every unit we have had for decades, so I expect to do so again. I'm also willing to bet they are not Jensen branded, probably something you have never heard of before...

Just as I suspected, no name speakers that were not in phase. Sounds much better wired correctly now. Note that the ceiling thickness is better than I've seen before, probably could support bigger and heavier speakers easily.

I began to check out the outside speakers but determined they are not even worth that effort. They are tiny, tinny and the housing has cracks from installation already. R&R with bigger and better would be the fix for those, in a housing of some sort.

May be some winter projects coming...
