Roof cleaner& conditioner

I used the Protect All rubber roof cleaner on our old 5th wheel every few years when soap and water just wasn't getting it done any more. It worked quite well. Have never bothered with conditioners.

@ Janice,

Our roof has workboot prints (mostly around the AC) which seem to have been put there when the roof covering material was soft. Is this something that we should be concerned about ?

In the first few months of ownership, my 337 had several (LOTS of) air bubbles on the roof. They seemed to be most prominent & numerous when it was parked in the direct sun in warm weather. I would look at it on another day and there were not as many. I had my dealer note it and am keeping an eye on it.

There were also footprints on the roof, some of them mine when I did the PDI, but they have worn off over time.

I had a couple of bubbles on my old (2006) Cougar, but there were no tears or leaks. I suspect what we are seeing is just some expansion and contraction of the rubber roofing material. Am still keeping an eye on it.

I had quite a few prints on mine also, but after a year, they are mostly gone.

Dawn mild dish soap seems to be the most effective.
