Grand Design Reflection 28BH Bunk House Door won't close

Hey. We just bought a reflection 28bh and went on our first trip. To our dismay, the bunkhouse door wouldn't close. It seems to be off the rail, but I couldn't get it back on. Any simple tips to get back on?

    Thanks!

Can you upload some photos? I had the top rail or a brand new 31mb pull out of the header. But send some photos and I’ll try to help.

I can’t really tell here. Is the door off the sliding pegs? Or did the bracket pull away from the header? I had to watch some YouTube videos because I didn’t really know how those pins attached to the door. Once I figured that out, it was easy to remove and then also attach the door to the sliding pins on the track.

Link is for illustration purposes. What typically happens is the door bracket falls off the wheel pin. Refer to the picture in the link and you'll see what I'm talking about. Sometimes the plastic lock breaks and you have to replace at leas the door side. You'll have to man handle the door to get it to slide far enough to access the rollers, but it is a relatively easy repair. Hope that helps...

This issue just happened on our 28bh after going on some dirt roads. The door came off the track and got stuck in the open position. The track is a little bent and needs replaced, but in order to get to the track and replace it, I need to get the door off. Hoping to replace the track if my arm can fit in the skinny space. My question: Is there a way to remove the door from the rollers without having to remove panels? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
