Fill when COLD to max stated on the sidewall and recheck before leaving each CG.

Correct, but only when comfort and tread wear are more important than safety.

I run mine by the sticker weight. Keep in mind that running low air pressures heats up the tires faster leading to possible blowouts. Trailer tires are designed to run these higher pressures and you should.

I never worry about tread wear. Trailer tires rot or otherwise fail well before wearing out.

The front left side of your trailer will have the correct tire pressure to inflate to. My 2020 2450RL is 65psi. The tires max pressure is 80psi. Don't inflate to the tire max on the side wall as they heat up you can 5 to 10 psi and then your tires are over inflated and could blow. They will definitely not be making proper contact with the road.
You don't inflate the tires on your car or truck to the maximum please don't do that to your TT tires.
