Hello
I have a Momentum 355th and the Level system will not come all the way up. When in manual mode it will come up a way then it stops, If you wait a minute you will here a click. Then it will come up a way more then it will stop again.. repeat till it is finally up all the way. Anyone know a way to fix this?

it could be a fuse , an inline fuse located where the generator is on the left side, I think its a 5 amp blade fuse. Also the battery could be very low on power. check the voltage on it

Janice,
I too would be interested in hearing a fix for this. I have a 369RL and it does the same exact thing. I worry that the jacks won't come all the way up eventually. They stop and start at least 5 times before finally retracting all the way. The jacks worked fine at first but gradually are getting harder to retract. My info should be updated in the "About me" section. Thanks

I had the same issue with my 369RL jacks wouldn't come all the way up and I could here a clicking sound, also my living and kitchen slides would also stop several times before being all the way in, member thompsons 369rl helped me out by telling me about the breaker getting week and in our 5th wheels it is located on the curb side wall in the front compartment by the battery, the breaker is 50 amp, replaced with a new one and problem solved also bought a spare got both for under $10

Maybe the "design" guys at Grand Design can come up with a better system for the circuit breaker on the hydraulics. Those breakers tend to become "weak" after being exercised a few times. If there happens to be a bad connection or if the weather is very cold, it creates a greater power draw on the hydraulic motor causing the breaker to trip. Once the breaker cools, it resets itself BUT each time it "breaks" it becomes a little weaker and eventually will trip even under normal conditions. It's not difficult to replace but it can be really annoying and alarming to the user.
update: as a side note, when replacing the circuit breaker, be sure to disconnect the batteries AT THE BATTERIES and not by simply turning off the main battery switch. The battery disconnect switch does NOT cut power to the hydraulic system.Andy & Julie

I wonder if it may have to do with the quality of the auto-resetting circuit breaker?

Hi @njoyinglife,
Starting and stopping is most likely attributed to the 30 amp auto reset breaker for the pump. If this breaker becomes weak over time it will cycle more often.
The "clicking" sound is attributed to a low voltage situation. Do not continue to try and operate in a low voltage state as you will most likely blow the 10 amp fuse for the controller.
