2020 297RSTS Roof Leak
Have had rain the last couple of days and now noticed we have water dripping from ceiling vent.
(The vent over the corner of the kitchen island.)
I was on the roof and all looked good all roof skylights and vents had good caulking.
Anyone else had this? Very concerned.

Since what you circled is an AC duct, there isn’t anything that goes out to the roof. Could it be condensation from running the AC in humid, rainy conditions? If not, then the water may be traveling from somewhere else and accumulating at that duct. From your photo the AC is fairly close. You could try taking the shroud off to have a look around. It’s just 6 or so #2 square head screws.

Also check the torque on the A/C mounting bolts. Mine were lose. If you go to the A/C site and look at the installation manual it will provide a torque level. If not should be covered under warranty and have the dealer fix it and document it so that doesn't cause problems later on with insulation getting soaked and stuff.

Thanks for the feedback.
I opened up the air conditioner and it was dry.
I pulled the vent apart and water is coming from somewhere between the ceiling and under the race track duct.
Scheduled it to go back in for warranty.
I believe it’s from the air conditioner seal.
