There is another forum, ran by a certain manufacturer....I'm sure you can guess which one. There should be a link on their web site.
Doesnt hurt to call again, hopefully speak to someone different. I've also heard of other people receiving layouts, but not electrical schematics.

That’s silly, in my opinion.
I have a 2021 381M and both times I’ve requested them they sent them within just a few minutes after we hung up the phone.
Yeah maybe try calling back and talking with someone else.
BTW, I’m considering mounting this dyson vacuum mount on garage wall into a stud, I have a stud finder which is supposed to work for metal as well. So far I have been able to use an old magnet like one removed from a computer hard drive to find the studs. I have used this method to mount a TV. So far has worked great. Quick and simple
