    coroplast/undercariage clean up

Am I crazy for wanting to clean up the undercarriage? The coroplast seems to droop a little more than I like and I'm pretty sure I can see some 'stuff' (wires, HVAC ducts) just sitting on top of it. The idea would be to drop the coroplast and work from one end to the other, securing the necessary items, adding insulation foam board and reattaching the coroplast with sealant along the frame and additional screws.

Is this too much to worry about?

...I have no idea why some of the images are upside down...

Pics are ok, not upside down. I was wondering about doing the same thing.

A number of folks have done the same thing over the years to inspect and "clean up" the wiring laying on the coroplast and look over the heating ducts, dump valves, tanks, etc. Engineers and folks with OCD can't wait to get er done ! In fact an Engineer Reflection owner just posted several pictures and narrative of doing this on the other forum. Rob from Cate and Rob posted several pictures and narrative on this forum a few times over the years.

I just got a recall on my Reflection 27RL to have the Coroplast removed and the wiring cleaned up. It seems water can get inside and form pools on top of the Coroplast and with the electrical connections just laying on top they would be under water. I'm not going in until November but this recall was mandatory. They apparently build these things as quickly as possible and just depend on all wiring, plumbing and duct work to be supported by the coroplast.

If it is for the molex recall, all they will do is unscrew an edge to get at them, tie them up and re seal. They will not be replacing the chloroplast or touching any other wiring.
    Hope this helps

Does the forum post title "The belly of the beast. The Good - and the wastefull - pun intended" sound familiar?
