I stock up on the box of disposal gloves from Costco. I keep one in the trailer (for the stinky slinky stuff) and one in the back seat of the truck. I hate the oily residue left behind on diesel pump handles. So I always use a glove when filling up. Pre-Covid, people would give weird looks. Now, it's almost SOP.

Box of gloves and spray bottle of 10% bleach solution in the black tank bin. Nothing wrong with spraying stuff others have used before me.

I'd guess that the people who don't wear gloves aren't going to be speaking up here in this thread. 100% of responses so far are "with gloves".

I just hope that one of the others too embarrassed to speak up here doesn't some day hand me a beer.

Oh, I'm another "with gloves" in case it isn't obvious. I use what I can get, but lately due to Covid shortages bought some latex gloves that are dangerously fragile, I don't recommend that. Nitrile from Harbor Freight are my favorites but I can't buy them here in Canada.

At a full hookup site, I seldom wear gloves for set up or tear down The trailer still has hot water and the fresh tank is always at least 1/3rd full. Lots of time to wash up before doing anything at the site or hitting the road. If going to a dump station, the gloves go on before anything gets done, and I still wash up after removing the gloves.

Yep another glove user here. Wifey even has some super small purple ones she uses to pull the handles with. I do a lot of cooking and keep several boxes in the house and one in the trailer.
