Mine was a 5th wheel hitch and a DRW truck. I was coming from a much lighter travel trailer.

Hard wired Progressive Industries 50 amp EMS, TPMS, mattress, and Goodyear Endurance tires. Would be hard to say which was most important.

New memory foam mattress to replace the slab of granite that came from the factory.
Second battery, rotated the front jack head so I could open the tailgate, screens to keep bugs out of water heater and furnace vents.
Water filter and shelves in the basement.

TPMS for the truck and the trailer since Ford doesn't include one on the 450.

I swapped out the Westlakes for Sailun 637ST tires within the first week.

Furrion observation camera. Progressive Industries EMS.

    3 stage water filtration system.

Built in liquid soap dispensers in the shower mounted to the shower wall.

Removed the stupid shelf that runs across the headboard in the master bedroom since it hits me in the back of the neck when I'm trying to lean back.

Installed foam bumpers on all the cabinet edging because I knew I'd crack my noggin trying to get up in the middle of the night.

Well, to answer the question - a hard-wired surge protector, followed immediately by a second battery.

We did exactly the same two upgrades before our first trip as well!

We just purchased our rig last Friday. Taking our first trip tomorrow.

Already added a new memory foam mattress, command hooks, oxygenics shower head, and small tv mounted in the bedroom. No, the TV isn't necessary. But I like to make all of our desired changes to things in one large chunk, then not worry about it anymore.
