    Vent fans not running.

The ceiling vent fans in the kitchen and bathroom have quit. Where do they get their power? I don't think they are getting it from the converter.

The entire 12V system is supplied by the converter and/or battery depending on what’s going on with the electrical system.

Yes, I know. However, I am not finding a fuse for the fans in the converter. I cannot remember which device it was, but there was another device that wasn't routed through the converter but had its own fuse.

I am guessing the fans run through a similar connection, but the question is where is it routed?

May need to check the leads with a multimeter to ensure you are getting 12v. If not, is there anything else in the RV not functioning? On my 2400BH the bathroom fan is controlled by both a wall switch and a switch on the fan itself, may be similar in the 2800BH

Thanks, I resolved it. The fans are really proned to collecting dust. After pulling the panels apart, I had nudged one of the fans and it tried to spin.

I lubed it CRC Power Lube and in about 15 minutes the fans were running OK. After the Power Lube, the fan bearing stopped getting hot too.

The reason I thought it was a power problem was that both fans seemed to have failed at the same time. They had, but not because of power.
