Dealer service quality ratings
Are there dealer service quality measures or ratings for Grand design dealers by state that are available to the public? I am planning on buying soon and want to avoid dealers with poor reputations.

Reputations of RV dealers are all by word of mouth.
If you're interested about dealers in a specific state/region, ask on this website. These people are a wealth of knowledge.
Unfortunately, service department complaints abound at most RV dealerships. Dealers generally have a shortage of qualified service technicians, and RV dealers tend to take in more work than they can complete in a reasonable amount of time. They most often put servicing new sold inventories above past customers that have problems with their RV's.

Thanks. Seems like a rating system that defines service quality from the consumer POV and sets the bar would be helpful. It’s standard in other industries. Healthcare comes to mind. Others in a variety of product manufacturing, etc.
