Flat springs
Took my 2600RB in for its yearly inspection. I knew it had a flattened leaf spring. They called me and said all 4 were flattened.
Question is.
How does this happen?
Do I need to buy helper springs?
Will that void the warranty?
I had the shackles reinforced. I read horror stories of the shackles failing.
Thank you for any info.

The only thing to do is to replace the springs. Likely due to the cheap chinese springs that they use on these units. Either that or overloaded if you have not weighed your unit loaded. I would find a good spring shop that produces good quality springs and have them replaced.

I have a forever warranty with my trailer. $50 for all four new leafs. Paper says one was coming loose (uh scary).
I also had a blown outside speaker. Also replaced under the original $50. Didn’t think the stupid cheap radio pumped enough watts.
It’s the follow up paperwork with the forever warranty company that sucks.
Saved me $1000 in the long run.
Haven’t weighed trailer but know I have not exceeded the weight capacity.
