Time for spring to make it's appearance!

it's official!!! We signed the papers this morning, went thru our PDI and are owners of a brand spanking new 29RS! Manufactured Feb 2015, bought Feb 2015!! Have never had anything so new!

Only two things will need taking care of. The handle next to the stairs going to the bedroom was loose, and when we opened the couch/dining slide, one of the drawers was not fully closed.......CRUNCH! Oh that was a sound that put me in an immediate panic! Hubs went inside to let them know, they said no problem....gave us some sticky notes and pen and said to tag whatever we find, and they will have it fixed by the time we take possession.

Can't wait now to get her home, loaded and on the road to our first camping adventure!

I am in love with this unit! Looking forward to many years of enjoyment...but first....this summers plans!

Congratulations, that is new! The 29RS is a really nice unit, the dealer had one in the showroom when my wife and I went window shopping. That's what got us hooked.

Whatever it takes to get spring here.....I'm all over it! Lol. This has been one long and miserable winter....I know...last year was bad too, so maybe that is why this year seems so much worse.

Enuf already...warm, mild, dry .... Perfect camping weather... Come forth! Pretty please? Sugar on top?

What is going to be really weird and will take some adjustment is having a galley gray tank separate from the shower!! I've always conserved in the kitchen to leave room for showers....I love my showers! So, now that we have a whole designated tank for the kitchen, how do you take advantage? Do you just run water when washing dishes or do you fill sinks with soapy water and then rinse? What is reasonable to expect and use?

There are a couple of curious things about grey tanks on Reflections . . . anyone who has measured capacity can only get to about 2/3 of stated volume. There are a few theories on this. See the Reflection Plumbing older discussions. The two grey tanks can be combined with a gate valve added to the drain point. Details also in the older discussions in the Reflection section of the forum.
