Repair shop NE of Dallas

Okay, I have reached the point where I need a repair shop (Atwood fridge problems). My local GD dealer only services what they sell, and I don't trust them anyway! Does anyone know of a reputable rv repair NE of Dallas (Rockwall, Terrell, Forney, Garland, Greenville)?

Parts for the Atwood are out there but very hard to find, Dometic at one time had repair parts but 2 years ago they reccomended a fridge replacement. You might find it easier to just change out fridges yourself (we replaced our Atwood) with a new Dometic. Added extra fans to the back as well as some foam insulation and never looked back. The hardest part was getting the fridge up and into the door.

on edit: This all took place over needing a freezer seal that was not avaiable.

Give GD customer service a call. They should have a list of shops or mobile mechanics in your area.

There is a relatively new rv park on 380 with a Caddo Mills address. It's closer to Farmersville. They have a 4 bay repair facility. Hope this helps. I agree about your local GD dealer and know exactly who you speak of. They are worthless! YMMV.
