This is surprisingly difficult to nail down. We have a 2020 303RLS purchased in July of 2019. It was the first 2020 model the dealer had received.
At the time the salesman mentioned it was 80 Gal. A scan of the owners manual carefully avoids this detail. A printed brochure I picked up that summer says 60 Gal., but the brochure is likely old. If I had the build sheet handy I'd be looking at that.

We have a 2020 303RLS and it has a 80 fresh water tank.
Also, we absolutely love our rig. It hit on about 90% of our wants and needs.
    Good Luck and ENJOY!

    303 RLS
    Build date: 6/14/2019
    Fresh water: 54 gallons
    Hot water heater: 6 gallons
Grey water: 87 gallons (we have two grey tanks; I guess this is the total)
    Waste water:47 gallons
Does anybody have any specifics on capacity for Grey? Which is which?

We picked ours up 2 days ago. I was told (I have the email) that it would have 80 gals. but the documentation with the trailer says 54 + 6 = 60.
However, with the 5200 lb. axles (no idea why they aren't at least 6000) it's probably best to have reduced water capacity.
