Level towing a Reflection 5th wheel 150 series with 2020 F-350
Before spending a lot of money on a new truck I wanted to get feedback from owners of 2020 F-350s towing Reflection 150 series 5th wheels. Are you able to tow with the trailer level when loaded or are you nose high? What gap are you able to maintain between bed rail and trailer? Please share your truck/hitch/trailer configuration. Thanks.

Your setup looks pretty level. Can you tell me what size tires you are running and the gap you have between bed rail and trailer?

I am running stock tires, 18” I think. There is over 6” of clearance but I have not measured it.

To your point, the newer F-350s are higher in the rear. They got higher in 2017. For 2020 Ford dropped them about 1.5". I'm sure I can adjust the pin box to get level, but that is not the problem. My concern is that with a level trailer I don't have the desired 6" clearance between bed rail and trailer. These smaller 5th wheels have about 1400# pin weight which only squats a F-350 an inch or two, so you only get a little help here. So what I am trying to determine is how 2020 F-350 owners are dealing with this.

I am curious as to why you want a F350 to tow a 150 trailer. My F250 has a 3900+ payload rating.
