I have the same rig and year as you. Mine tows level so I obviously have to raise the front landing jacks to get it off the truck. This brings the nose higher than level which is key to the hitch height feature working per the instructions. I then pull truck away and press Auto Level. When hitching back up I press the Hitch Height button which raises the nose to the height where I previously unhitched. Only a couple occasions where I had to adjust the height up or down maybe an inch with the appropriate buttons. The two features have worked to my satisfaction for two years now.Last edited by coastn; 06-15-2022 at 10:47 AM.

Mine's about 50/50 sometimes hitch height works, sometimes it don't. As long as my auto level works I'm happy. No problem with it in two years.
