Well our cracked frame issue took an unexpected turn...
The welder drilled new holes to attach the Coroplast and unfortunately drilled several holes in the fresh water tank.
He feels bad about it of course and will make it right including tank replacement if necessary.
Waiting on dealer from price.
Talked to GD this morning and was told the tank material is same as a plastic milk jug and heat weld patches have worked very well.
It would be near impossible to apply the patch since there is no space between the tank wall and the metal frame.
Since the holes were drilled through metal tank holding frame, possibility exists there are metal shavings in the tank, which could cause all sorts of trouble including fouling the water pump.
Told me dropping the tank is not a difficult process.
If the new tank price isn't outrageous, I'll probably replace the tank.
Never a dull moment around here...John, Susan & Luke

Ordered the new tank, $160 + ~$100 shipping.
Just in case you may be thinking about a new one, we were told there are only three tanks left for our model rig.John, Susan & Luke

A trick to get the coroplast back in place so you can use the original holes. using a long 2x4 (wider is better) jack up the center of the plastic (front to back) until just snug with bottom of trailer. Then using big vise grips pull it forward and start the center screw up front on the cross member. Then work one screw each way alternating. When you get to the outside edge (center board still in place, do a screw on each side and alternate. use the vice grips to tug the coroplast over, but not too hard as you can tear the fabric. Alternate side to side doing one to 2 screws at a time. Take pictures before hand to remember where the LP line holders go, or tape mark the holes when you take it down
Also to get the foil back in place use double sided tape and tack it to the coroplast - but not at the very edge as the foil will need to go on the inside of the frame rail. Easy to do as you go.
Hope this helps2018 Reflection 150 Series 220RK 5th wheel with 6K axle upgrade. B&W 25K OEM Companion, Steadyfast system, 2022 F350 SRW 6.7 King Ranch 8' bed, Trailer reverse lights, rear spare tire holder, storage tube, sumo springs, Victron MultiPlus 12/120/3000, and Solar
